Returns of New and Unused Items Within 14 Days of Receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn, unused.
The item must have less than twenty (20) kilometers on the odometer.
All items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.) must be included, and it must be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
The simple returns process takes about 48 hours.
Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to: Product from Unauthorized Reseller, damage caused by human, special order, sale items or gift cards, giveaways or free items.
Shipping and Handling fee for non-quality issue returns: Exchange for new model (Only for Non-quality Products). This term is only for the unworn, unopened package, unused, and the item must have less than twenty (20) kilometers on the odometer.
